STEP 1 – WASHING
The roof surface must be cleaned to remove dirt, algae, moss, mildew and loose wood fibers. Depending on the climate and age of the roof, one or all of the conditions may exist.

  • Clean gutter system before and after washing
  • Power wash and remove all debris from roof line
  • Wash and clean surrounding area and sidewalks

STEP 2 – APPLICATION OF CSI CONDITIONER
Once we've completed the washing process, the CSI Conditioner is applied. After conditioning, the roof is allowed to dry before repairs and application of the preservative.

  • The CSI Conditioner open the woods' pores to allow maximum acceptance of preservative upon application
  • The CSI Conditioner kills any remaining fungi

STEP 3 – APPLICATION Of CSI PRESERVATIVE
After the roof has dried, the CSI Wood Preservative. The resin is a critical component as it is the protection against the suns' UV rays. The preservative will cause your shingles to change color to a dark brown which will transition back to a light brown color in a week.

CSI Wood Preservative contains:
–  A premium grade wood oil
–  A 96% solid base resin
–  Fungicide to suppress future growth
